Terms of use

These terms describe use of the Cardallet app and cardallet.app, operated by Tareq Anwar. Questions can be sent to trqnwr@gmail.com. Use Cardallet only if you can agree to these terms and are at least 13 years old; if local law requires a higher age or parental permission, those requirements apply.

Your account and cards

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and save or share only cards you are authorized to use. You are responsible for permissions you grant, exports you make, and compliance with each card issuer's terms. Do not use Cardallet for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, unlawful sharing, or attempts to interfere with the service.

What Cardallet provides

Cardallet stores card details you enter and, when signed in, provides card sync and selected sharing. Balances, points, tiers, and expiry dates are entered by you; Cardallet does not verify them against issuer accounts. Nearby place results come from third-party mapping data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A retailer or library decides whether to accept a digital barcode. Cardallet is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose cards you save; their names and marks belong to their owners.

Beta availability

Cardallet is in beta. Features may change or be unavailable, and mistakes or interruptions can occur. Keep an independent copy of important card information. Apple/Google Wallet export is available only when its required issuer setup is complete. Cardallet does not provide payment processing or transfer card balances.

Your information

You retain your rights in information you add. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate Cardallet, including storing and displaying cards to recipients you authorize. The privacy policy explains those practices and your choices. Revoke live access when it is no longer needed; previously exported copies may remain with their recipients.

Service changes and ending use

You may stop using Cardallet at any time and delete your account in the app or request deletion through support. We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service and its users. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

Limits and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cardallet is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete mapping data, verified rewards balances, or universal barcode acceptance. We are not responsible for issuer decisions or actions of recipients to whom you choose to share information. Contact trqnwr@gmail.com to report a problem or discuss these terms.
